Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

We ship from our location in Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe, Germany, with a focus on deliveries to Sweden. Shipping to other EU countries may also be available.

Customs and Taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, all prices include applicable VAT. As Sweden is an EU member state, no customs duties apply to deliveries there. Should we expand shipping outside the EU in future, additional import duties or taxes may apply and would be payable by the recipient.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard shipping (via regular postal service)

  • Express shipping (for faster delivery)

Standard shipping is free for orders over 39 EUR (or the equivalent in SEK).

With standard shipping, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 2–5 business days to Sweden. As our rings are shipped as small, valuable items, we recommend choosing a trackable shipping method; exact delivery times may vary depending on the destination's postal network, and we cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time for standard shipping.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.

Order Processing

We ship on business days (Monday to Friday) from our location in Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe. Orders placed after 12:00 (CET) are usually processed the following business day. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee any changes. In that case, please contact us with your order number at info@coolpetse.com.

Warranty

All items purchased from us are covered by the applicable statutory warranty. If you have any questions or concerns about your order or a product, feel free to reach out to us at info@coolpetse.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to coolpetse.com Returns and Exchanges! If you're not happy with your order, you're entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, as a consumer under EU law.

A Note on Our Jewellery

Since our range consists of rings, please note:

  • Rings that have been engraved or otherwise customised to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are made to your personal requirements.

  • Rings that show clear signs of wear cannot be accepted back, as this affects the resaleable condition of the item.

For all other, unworn rings, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
